Log into your Hadley Designs account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
